Postage is set at a standard rate and shipped via Royal Mail. Large parcels may be shipped via courier if agreed between Handmade by Carla Louise and the customer.  

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CONTINUED POSTAGE STRIKES IN THE UK WE ARE NOW USING OTHER POSTAL SERVICES TO SHIP ITEMS, INCLUDING EVRI AND YODEL. WE DO NOT TAKE RESPOSIBILITY FOR ORDERS WHICH ARRIVE LATE DURING THESE STRIKES.

We aim to ship orders within 5 days of confirming an order. This can, during busy periods, take up to 14 days. Contact will be made if a delay on shipping is possible.
